As a not-for-profit corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, all contributions made to the Irish Classical Theatre Company are tax-deductible. Economic Impact
The arts are an essential part of the economic engine for Greater Buffalo, and your personal investment contributes to the growth of this region.
As reported by the Arts and Economic Prosperity III study conducted by Americans for the Arts, the not-for-profit arts and cultural industry in Greater Buffalo generated $155.29 million in local economic activity each year. This supports 4,740 full-time equivalent jobs and delivers $24.05 million in local and state government revenue.

This year, ICTC will increase its contribution to establishing Greater Buffalo as an international center for arts and culture. ICTC will begin to initiate, structure, and coordinate a professional playwriting competition in Ireland, the winner of which will enjoy a world premiere production of his or her play in Buffalo, fully produced by the Irish Classical Theatre Company as part of our 2010-2011 season. This project will bring national and international significance to the Buffalo Niagara Region, create a positive awareness of the preeminence of the arts in Western New York, and is designed to reach the general theatre-going population, residents of Irish ancestry, those directly involved with the enhancement of cultural tourism, as well as underprivileged children and adults.
